Complaint: went in dl8 to see if any codes has tooth jammed code 73counts f/c 677-31 step 1 connedt DL8, step 2 start ignition key on engine off 3) check fault codes, only this one 70+ counts 4) refer to powernet system t/s overview. was checking the connections at the starter. i believe it was the IMS terminal in the solenoid, but the terminal is loose and making a bad connection. i was able to wiggle the switch and get it to not start. more wiggles and the unit will start.
