Complaint: This sarter is been replace for a faulty Delco Remy model 8200253 and the new IN1378 is not engaging the flywheel. The new starter part IN1378 is been troubleshoot by Waldo the mechanic from our company in conjuction with someone from your company, Idont have the name of the person but the phone number that the mechanic been communicating is 734 751-4562. The mechanic has followed all testing procedures recommended by your company and we ran out of ideas. The New starer IN1378 Its seen LIKE IS WORKING BUT IS NOT ENGAGING THE FLYWHEEEL. Perhaps is the wrong one. We had extensively troubleshoot all electrical systems in the truck and in the starter itself.
